| 摘 要： | 当代既有住宅建筑的无组织改造已成为当前社会发展阶段的一种较为普遍的既有建筑改造现象,该文通过对当代既有住宅建筑无组织改造的现状及存在问题的分析,提出了既有住宅建筑无组织改造的实施建议,为中国当代既有住宅建筑改造探索切实可行的发展道路。
