硅藻土/高岭土复合多孔陶瓷的制备

摘    要:以聚氨酯泡沫为载体,采用有机泡沫浸渍法工艺,以高岭土和硅藻土为原材料,六偏磷酸钠为分散荆,硅溶胶作黏结剂,并添加一定量的蒙脱土为陶瓷浆料,反复浸渍,采取抽真空阴干、烘干和烧结的工艺,制备一种新型多孔陶瓷材料.用扫描电镜、热重分析、X射线衍射等手段对多孔陶瓷材料性能进行了表征,同时对浆料的成分、浓度、烧结制度等对陶瓷性能的影响做了系统的研究.结果表明:NaOH浓度为40%,温度为20℃,浸泡时间为120min为前处理最佳条件;确定了最佳烧结机制;随着硅藻土含量的增加,陶瓷的显气孔率增大,抗压强度减小;制备的多孔陶瓷显气孔率为71%~83%,抗压强度为0.58~1.5MPa.

Abstract:Taking Polyurethane foam as the carrier, using organic foam impregnation process, choosing kaolin and diatomite for raw materials, by using a forming technology of porous ceramics with dipping polymeric sponge in slurry, a new type of environmental porous ceramics material was obtained. The material was characterized by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and thermo gravimetric analyzer.
