自制胸部附加患侧上肢一体固定带在防治乳腺癌术后皮下积液中的应用

目的:探讨自制胸部附加患侧上肢一体固定带防治乳腺癌根治术后胸壁及腋窝皮下积液的临床效果。方法:将60例乳腺癌术后患者随机分为研究组和对照组各30例;对照组采用传统的胸带加压包扎;研究组采用自行设计并制作的胸部附加患侧上肢一体固定带加压包扎;对比两组患者胸壁皮下积液发生率、腋下引流管平均第1天引流量与总引流量、平均拔管时间、腋下引流管拔除后腋窝皮下积液发生率等指标。结果:两组患者胸壁皮下积液发生率有统计学差异(P<0.05);腋下平均第1天引流量、总引流量、平均拔管时间、腋下引流管拔除后腋窝皮下积液发生率等观察与评价指标均有明显统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论:胸部附加患侧上肢一体固定带用于防治乳腺癌根治术后胸壁及腋窝皮下积液临床效果明显。

Application of the Homemade Fixed Belt Attached to Chest Upper Limbs in Breast Cancer Prevention and Treatment of Postoperative Subcutaneous Effusion

Objective:Discuss the clinical effect on the homemade fixed belt attached to chest upper limbs in breast cancer prevention and treatment of postoperative subcutaneous effusion.Methods:60 patients with breast cancer after surgery are randomly divided into research group and the control group(n=30);the research group using traditional of chest compression bandage;the control group using the homemade fixed belt attached to chest upper limbs.Comparing two groups of patients in incidence of chest wall subcutaneous effusion,armpits drainage tube lead flow 1 day on average and axillary total flow,the average extubation time and the incidence of axillary subcutaneous effusion after postoperative drainage tube,etc.Results:Two groups of patients with chest wall subcutaneous effusion rate are statistically difference(P<0.05);armpits drainage tube lead flow 1 day on average,total flow,average extubation time,the incidence of axillary subcutaneous effusion after postoperative drainage tube and evaluation index are significantly statistical difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:Clinical effect is obvious by using the homemade fixed belt attached to chest upper limbs in breast cancer prevention and treatment of postoperative subcutaneous.
