双波段紫外光合成维生素D3实验研究

摘    要:报道了双波段紫外光照射7脱氢胆甾醇合成维生素D3的放大实验研究,发现它与激光两步照射合成法产物随时间变化曲线非常相似,维生素D3的前身P3的转化率约为61%,远高于传统的高压汞灯连续照射的产率.

Abstract:The experimental research for synthesizing of Vitamin D 3 was made by irradiating 7 dehyocholesterol (7 DHC) with two stage ultraviolet light,which is mercury lamp with two kinds of solution filtrating.This paper compares the yield of previtamin D 3(P 3) of irradiating 7 DHC by two stage ultraviolet light with by laser at 254nm and then 350nm.The ultimate rate of previtamin D 3(P 3) is about 61%,which is higher than the yield of traditional mercury lamp irradiating continuously.
