| 摘 要： | 本文采用正交函数分光光度法，以二次正交多项式（ｊ＝２），波长点数Ｎ＝６，波长间隔△λ＝４ｎｍ，中间波长λｍ＝２６６．４ｎｍ，测定复方头孢氨苄胶囊中头孢氨苄的含量．方法平均回收率为９９．２％（ＲＳＤ＝０．６％，ｎ＝９），与现行药品标准方法比较，结果不存在显著性差异（Ｐ＝０．９５）．

| Abstract: | rthogonal function
spectrophotometry has been applied to eliminate the interference of
trimethoprim without preliminary separation during the analysis of
cephalexin of cephalexin in compound cephalexin capsules.It was found
that with a six point polynomial over 256. 4 to 278. 4 nm at 4nm
intervals,Pz,the coefficient of the quadratic polyonmial,was
proportional to the concen-tration of cephalexin and independent of
the concentration of trimethoprim. The average re-covery of
cephalexin is 99.2%(RSD=0.6%,n=9).The method is
precise,reproducible,and comparable with the official method. |
