瓷土附载复合固体酸催化剂催化合成增塑剂DBP

摘    要:本文用瓷土附载复合固体为催化剂催化酯化合成增剂DBP,并考察了反应条件对酯化率的影响。实验结果表明,该催化剂具有较好的催化活性,在较佳条件下,酯化率可达92%-94%。

Abstract:In this work,the plasticizer-dibutyl phthalate (DBP) was synthesized by using a complex solid acid carried on China clay as catalyst. The offct of reaction conditions on the yield of DBP was investigated.Experimental results showed that the catalyst had better activity and under the optimum reaction condition the yield of DBP was 9294%.
