摘    要:根据产品渐开线圆柱齿轮齿顶修形的需要,提出了一种修形梳齿刀的齿形计算方法。在AutoCAD中运用AutoLISP语言进行编程,模拟了修形梳齿刀切齿的展成过程。在实际生产之前即可检验刀具设计的合理性,为类似大模数齿轮修形刀具的设计提供了一种解决方法。

Abstract:Based on profile modification of lager gear demand, a method is introduced in this paper to calculate the tooth of slotting cutter. By AutoLISP programming language, gear generating processing is simulated in AutoCAD, so the validity of slotting cutter can be tested before practice, which can provide a solution for larger gear profile modification cutter design.
