| 摘 要： | 螺杆钻具整机试验台测试排量、压力、转速、扭矩参数,通过对螺杆钻具试验性能参数研究可以很好的掌握螺杆钻具的软特性.通过性能试验可以测定启动压力、每级压力;得到制动扭矩与排量关系;确定中空分流水眼尺寸与特性关系.完善试验大纲和检测标准,对判定螺杆钻具的性能非常重要.

| Abstract: | The performance parameters of screw drill were tested by testing table,including start-up pressure,torque,rotation rate and displacement.According to the performance parameters,the relationship between braking-torque and discharge capacity was obtained,the water hole size was decided.The research results showed that perfecting test program and detection standard were very important to estimate the performance of screw drill. |
