自制通道经脐单孔腹腔镜技术治疗精索静脉曲张(附25例报告)

目的探讨自制通道经脐单孔腹腔镜技术治疗精索静脉曲张的可行性、安全性及手术体会。方法采用由一个聚碳酸脂倒锥形装置和一个无菌手套制作而成的自制通道,实施经脐单孔腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术25例,其中左侧精索静脉曲张16例,双侧9例。结果 25例均顺利完成手术,无并发症发生,平均手术时间单侧20min,双侧50min,切口愈合好,无明显瘢痕,外观满意,术后随访3～13个月,无复发。结论我院自制通道在经脐单孔腹腔镜手术中操作简便,手术安全可行,切口微创、美观,是一种较理想的手术方式,值得临床推广应用。

Homemade transumbilical single site laparoscopy for varicocele(Add 25 cases reports)

Objective To investigate the feasibility,security and operation experience of homemade transumbilical single site laparoscopy in the treatment of varicocele.Methods The Homemade port is made by Polycarbonate inverted cone equipment and asepsis glove25 varicocele.high ligations were performed by transumbilical laparoendoscopic single site surgery.(16,left side;9,both sides).Results 25 cases were successfully operated,and no complications occurred.The average time was 20 minutes in one side,and 50 minutes in both sides.The operation cut healled up well.No obvious scar was left.It looked satisfaction.NO recurred in follow-up 2 to 13 monthes.Conclusion homemade transumbilical single site laparoscopy is convenience.and security.The cut is minimally invasive and the appearance is satisfactory.It is a comparatively ideal mode of operation.It is worth being popularized in clinical application.
