舒肝活血化痰方对非酒精性脂肪性肝炎大鼠脂质过氧化的影响

目的]探讨舒肝活血化痰方抗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎（NASH）大鼠脂质过氧化的作用机制。方法]采用高脂饮食复制NASH大鼠模型，用舒肝活血化痰方治疗，以东宝肝泰为对照，观察其对模型大鼠肝功能、血脂、肝组织超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）活性、丙二醛（MDA）、羟脯氨酸（Hyp）水平及细胞色素P4502E1（CYP2E1）活性的影响。结果]舒肝活血化痰方显著改善肝功能，降低血清总胆固醇、三酰甘油及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的同时升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平，并显著降低肝组织Hyp，抑制肝组织CYP2E1的活性。结论]舒肝活血化痰方可有效干预大鼠NASH，抑制肝组织CYP2E1的表达及与其密切相关的脂质过氧化是该方干预作用的主要机制之一。

Anti-peroxidation effects of Shugan Huoxue Huatan decoction on experimental rats with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis

Objective]To investigate the anti-peroxidation effects of Shugan Huoxue Huatan decoction (SHHD) on non-alcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH) of rats.Methods] Thirty-two SD male rats were randomly allocated into 4 groups: normal control group,model control group,Dongbao Gantai(DBG) group and SHHD group.NASH was induced by hyperlipid diet.General condition and pathological changes of liver tissues were observed.Liver function and blood lipids were detected.The levels of MDA,SOD,Hyp and CYP2E1 of liver tissue were also measured.Results] Compared with model control group,SHHD had effects in improving liver function,blood lipids and liver tissue SOD,decreasing liver tissue Hyp,MDA and CYP2E1 significantly.Conclusion] SHHD can inhibit the hepatocyte CYP450 2E1 expression and reduce lipid peroxidation in rats with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis.
