摘    要:介绍了氧化物热电材料的研究背景和特点,分析了几种典型氧化物材料的晶体结构及热电特性,综述了该类材料在温差发电和气体传感器方面的应用,最后提出了提高热电优值的途径和今后的发展方向。

Abstract:This paper briefly introduced the characteristics and developmen t background of oxide thermoelectric materials. The crystal structure, thermoelect ric properties and application perspective of several oxide thermoelectric mater ials were analyzed. A review was made on current applications of oxide thermoele ctric materials for thermoelectric power generation and gas sensor. Methods to i ncrease figure of merit were proposed and further research trends were given.
