甘蓝型油菜三个品质性状的双列杂交分析

摘    要:用五个甘蓝型油菜亲本材料的双列杂交设计,对含油量、硫甙总量按Hayman分析公式进行了全双列杂交分析,对蛋白质含量按Singh(1981)公式进行了半双列杂交分析。结果表明,三个品质性状都符合加性-显性模型。含油量和硫甙总量均呈部分显性,狭义遗传力分别为59.6%和87.4%,蛋白质含量呈超显性遗传((H./D)~(1/2)=1.58),狭义遗传力为42.4%。

Abstract:Five inbred lines of rapeseed were intercrossed to obtain a dialliel setincluding reciprecals. The contents of oil and total glucosinolates were investigatedthrough diallel analyses according to the method presented by Hayman (1954) anddescribed by Mather and Jinks (1982). But in the case of protein content, half-diallelcross analysis was carried out according to the procedure given by Singh (1981). Themain results are as follows: 1. The additive-dominance model was perfectly adequate for the genetic analyses ofall the characters. 2. The average dominance degrees of oil and total glucosinolate contents werepartial dominance that tended to increase oil and total glucosinolate contents. Theestimates of narrow-sense heritability of oil content and totd glucosinolate content were59.6% and 87.4% respectively. 3. Overdominance of protein content was found by degree of average dominance((H_1/D)~(1/2)=1.58) and Wr/Vr graph. It Was observed that overdominance decreasedprotein content. The estimate of narrow heritabiljty was 42.4%.
