急冷SiC_p/LY12复合材料时效特征的研究

摘    要:对用急冷铝合金粉末制备的SiCp/LY12 复合材料,进行了时效特征的研究。结果表明,SiCp/LY12 复合材料的时效硬化效果随SiCp/LY12 含量的增加和时效温度的提高而增大。自然时效时,复合材料具有较低的时效硬化效果。差热分析表明,随着SiC颗粒含量的增加,SiCp/LY12 复合材料GP区形成的数量减小,而S′相形成的体积分数增加,分布更加弥散细小

Abstract:The aging behaviors of SiC particles reinforced Aluminum matrix composites manufactured by powder metallurgy technology,were studied.The powder of LY12(2024) aluminum alloy was prepared by rapid solidification.The results showed that the effect of age hardness of SiC p/2024 composites increased with the elevation of SiC p content and aging temperature.Hardness of the composites was affected a little during the natural aging.The DSC result indicated that the quantity of forming GP zone decreased and the volume fraction of S′ phase increased while increasing the content of SiC particles in the SiC p/2024 composites,and S′ phase was more stable and fine.
