| 摘 要： | 急性再生障碍性贫血归属中医温病范畴。中医诊断为急性髓劳，分三期辨证论治，病程初期多为温热毒邪炽盛，气血两燔，治以清热解毒、凉血止血；中期多为温热毒邪留恋，高热、出血后阴伤血亏，治以清热凉血、滋阴补肾；后期多为久病伤肾，肾精不足，治以补气养血填精益髓。

| Abstract: | The character of acute aplastic anemia is hemocyte deficiency,obvious reduce of hematopoitic tissue and failure of hematopoiesis.The disease is urgent and severity,and complicating severe infection frequently and hemorrhage of viscera.Acute aplastic anemia belong to Wen Bing of TCM.The diagnoses of TCM is acute Sui Lao.It is treated by three phases in Bian Zheng.The first is Wen Re Zhi Sheng and Qi Xue Liang Fan.To be treated by Qing Re Liang Xue and Liang Xue Zhi Xue.The second is Wen Re Liu Lian and Yin Shang Xue Kui due to high fever and hemorrhage.To be treated by Qing Re Liang Xue and Zi Yin Bu Shen.The last is Shen Jing Bu Zu due to long illness,and the disease level off.To be treated by Bu Qi Yang Xue and Tian Jing Yi Sui. |
