| 摘 要： | 目的建立冬菊利咽合剂中菊花、金银花、生地黄、麦冬、甘草等5种药材的薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法通过改变吸附剂、展开剂、显色剂，筛选出适宜的层析条件。结果在各味药的薄层色谱中，供试品溶液在与对照药材或对照品相应位置上显相同颜色的清晰斑点，阴性对照品溶液无相应的斑点。结论薄层色谱法专属性强，可作为冬菊利咽合剂的质量控制方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a TLC method for the identification of Flos chrysanthemi, Flos lonicerae japonicae, Radix rehmanniae, Radix Ophiopogonis, Radix et rhizoma glycyrrhizae in Dongjuliyan Mixture. Methods To screen the best chromatogrphic condition by trial and error through changing sorbent, developing agent and color reagent. Results Each Chinese medicine could be distinguished, and there was no interference in negative control. Conclusion The method has better specialization. It can be used in the quality control of Dongjuliyan Mixture. |
