摘    要:Clinsulf-Do硫磺回收工艺是一种操作方便、回收率高的新型工艺,目前长庆气田已建成两套该工艺硫磺回收装置。结合长庆气田第二净化厂在实际生产中H2S较设计值偏高,主反应器温度较高,系统补充蒸汽量降低的实际情况,通过停运提供补充蒸汽的中压锅炉及对装置DCS运行模块修正系数调整,适量改变进反应器空气量,实现了Clinsulf-Do硫磺回收装置仅利用内部换热保持装置的正常运行。阐述了改进运行中的注意事项,并对运行效果进行了分析。结合装置的实际运行提出了H2S摩尔含量大于等于3.0%,反应器温度大于等于220 ℃,Clinsulf-Do硫磺回收装置可以维护正常运行的下限。

Abstract:In the Changqing gas field, there are two sets of Clinsulf Do sulfur recovery device,which is easily operated and has high rate of sulfur recovery. Since the No.2 Natural Gas Purification Plant of PetroChina Changqing Oilfield Company was in actual production under bad conditions such as the content of H2S higher than the design value,temperature high in the main reactor,steam volume adding into the system decreased,technicians tried to keep the Clinsulf-Do work under normal operation only by innovation on the internal heat exchange,i.e., adding a medium pressure heating furnace for more steam into the system,adjusting the running module of DCS device,changing the air feeding into the reactor. This paper explained what to be considered in the innovation and analyzed the effect after innovation. Combing with the actual operation,this paper pointed out that the molar concentration of H2S should be equal or more than 3.0 %,the temperature in the reactor be equal or more than 220 ℃,and how much the lower limit of other parameters should be to keep the whole device work under normal operation.
