| 摘 要： | 叙述了干式切削的加工特点,阐述了目前常用的几种实现方法及适用场合,分析了必须解决的2个关键性问题即切削时的温升与切屑的快速排出.着重探讨实现干式切削加工与机床性能、刀具选择的关系,指出干式切削技术具有广阔的发展和应用前景.为进一步研究“绿色制造”的重要加工方法--干式切削技术提供一定依据与指导.

| Abstract: | In order to study the dry-cutting that is a kind of important processi ng method of green manufacturing, it analyzes the characteristic of dry-cutting and introduces the commonsense method of dry-cutting and the suitable occasions a t present, discusses two key technology of solving it, namely tempareture promot ing and cutting discharging rapidly. It probes the performance of the lathe for dry-cutting, the rational choice and application of the cutter. At last, it expl aines the development prospect of dry-cutting technology. |
