摘    要:对杀虫双生产的第一工段胺化的反应过程及工艺控制点进行了分析、研究,指出了提高胺化收率的各个具体因素,指出一次酸化的必要性,在小试中成功地优化了工艺条件,降低了副反应的发生,将主产品的收率提高了10%,并提出了具体应用到大规模生产的工艺改进方法。

Abstract:The reaction process and technology control points during the first phase amination of bisultap synthesis were analyzed and investigated. The specific factors to increase amination yield and the importance of first acidification were pointed out. The technology conditions in the trial experimentation were optimized. The by-reactions were reduced. The main product yield was increased by 10%. The technology improvement method in the large-scale production was pointed out.
