摘    要:三层球体式胶囊是用物理方法将囊核、囊幔、囊壳(包衣)三层结构粘结包裹在一起制成的。囊核和囊幔的主要成分为过硫酸铵主体,囊壳采用隔水、耐温、缓慢油溶性较好的聚合物材料。该破胶剂能有效地将冻胶压裂液与过硫酸铵破胶剂隔离,并能在不造成压裂液性能(如流变性、滤失性、携砂性等)过早丧失的前提下大剂量、高浓度使用。与现有技术相比,不仅提高了加入浓度,而且在一定温度、压力下具有延缓释放、触发整体释放和破胶更彻底等特点。

STUDY ON THE THREE-LAYER SPHERICAL CAPSULE GEL BREAKER
Abstract:The three-layer spherical capsule gel breaker is made of capsule nucleus,mantle and shell,which are cohered together by physical method.The main composition of nucleus and mantle is ammonium persulfate.The capsule shell is made from polymer,which has good performances of water insulation,heat resistance and slow oil-solubility.This gel breaker can isolate jelly fracturing fluid from ammonium persulfate gel breaker.Large dosage and high concentration use of gel breaker can not early break down the performance of fracturing fluid such as rheological property,filter loss and prop-carrying capacity.Compared with the existing techniques,it not only increases the used concentration,but also has advantages of delaying release,triggering overall release and good effectiveness of gel breaking.
