摘    要:提出了一种基于高斯线调频小波变换诊断齿轮故障的新方法。线调频小波变换是信号的时间-频率-尺度变换,具有比小波变换及其它时频分析方法更强的非平稳信号分析功能。利用高斯线调频小波变换作齿轮振动信号的能量谱估计,可提取调制边频带结构,识别故障模式。试验结果表明这种方法可有效应用于齿轮局部故障诊断中。

Abstract:A Gaussian_chirplet_transform_based method for fault diagnosis of gears is presented in the paper.As a time_frequency_scale transform of signals,chirplet transform is superior to wavelet transform and other time_frequency analysis methods in analyzing non_stationary signals.By estimating energy spectrum of vibration signals of gears based on Gaussian chirplet transfom,the modulation sidebands can be extracted and fault pattem can be identified.The results of experiment show that the proposed method can be applied in local defect detection of gears effectively.
