| 摘 要： | 知识正在成为企业财富的主要来源,因此企业需要建立自己的知识库。在知识库的构建过程中,知识评价一直占有重要的地位。如何建立企业显性知识的评价体系,是亟待解决的问题。文中通过分析企业所需知识的特点,基于知识的服务功能,将显性知识分为陈述性和过程性两类,分别建立了与企业流程相对应的个性化的评价体系,并通过在企业的知识共享平台中的应用,验证了评价体系的可行性。

| Abstract: | Knowledge is becoming the main source of the enterprises＇ fortune, so it is necessary to establish a knowledge pool of their own. In the process of the establishment, knowledge evaluation plays an important role in it. But how to establish explicit-knowledge evaluation system remains an urgent issue. With the analysis of the nature of the knowledge to enterprises＇ needs, the explicit-knowledge is divided into declarative knowledge and procedural know, ledge. Accordingly. the customized knowledge evaluation systems are establised based on knowledge, service. Through the application in the enterprise＇s knowledge pool, the viability of the evaluation system is verified. |
