| 摘 要： | 目的：观察自拟痛经舒治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法：将180例痛经患者随机分为治疗组98例和对照组82例,治疗3个月经周期后观察临床疗效。结果：治疗组有效率为95.92%,对照组有效率为79.27%,两组疗效相比有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：采用自拟痛经舒治疗原发性痛经疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of self-formulated Tongjingshu in treating primary dysmenorrhea.Methods：180 cases of dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into the treatment group of 98 cases and the control group of 82 cases.Clinical efficacy was observed after treated for three menstrual cycles.Results：The total effective rate was 95.92% in the treatment group,while the total effective rate was 79.27% in the control group.Comparison of therapeutic effects between two groups showed there was significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Self-formulated Tongjingshu has satisfactory therapeutic effects in treating primary dysmenorrhea. |
