周围性面瘫急性期电针治疗引起并发症临床研究

目的：观察周围性面瘫急性期电针治疗后并发症的发生情况。方法：将120例周围性面瘫患者随机分成两组,治疗组（60例）采取电针治疗,对照组（60例）采用普通针刺,治疗1月后分别在0月、3月对照观察两组并发症。结果：治疗组和对照组在治疗结束后0月并发症例数无显著差异（P〉0.05）,在3月后治疗组并发症明显高于对照组（P〈0.01）。其中3月后治疗组面肌纤维性痉挛和面肌痉挛明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。同时3个月后治疗组并发症患者的平均年龄明显高于对照组,有显著差异（P〈0.05）。结论：周围性面瘫急性期电针治疗会提高并发症的发生,其中老年人急性期电针治疗后期更容易出现并发症。

Clinical Study on Complications of Acute Peripheral Facial Paralysis After Treated with Electroacupuncture

Objective：To observe the comparison of complications of acute peripheral facial paralysis after treated with electroacupuncture and ordinary acupuncture treatment.Methods：120 cases of peripheral facial paralysis were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group（60 cases） was given electro-acupuncture,while the control group（60 cases） was given ordinary acupuncture.Complications of both groups were compared and observed respectively on the first day and the third month after treated for one month.Results：The number of cases with complications in the treatment group and the control group had no significant difference（P0.05）,while the number of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group after three months＇ treatment（P0.01）.The number of cases with facial myokymia and facial spasm in the treatment group were markedly higher with significant difference（P0.05）.At the same time,the average age of patients with complications in the treatment group was much higher than the control group with significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：Electroacupuncture treatment for acute peripheral facial paralysis will increase the incidence of complications,especially the elderly who are more prone to have complications if treated with electroacupuncture for acute peripheral facial paralysis.
