摘    要:目的:探讨参百润肺胶囊对小鼠的急性毒性反应。方法:实验前禁食不禁水12 h,参百润肺胶囊组按小鼠可灌服的最大体积(0.04 mL/g)灌服最大可灌服浓度的参百润肺胶囊混悬液(0.5 g/mL);生理盐水组小鼠灌服最大体积(0.04 mL/g)的生理盐水。灌胃,3次/d,每次间隔8 h,然后给动物以正常饮食,连续观察14 d。结果:小鼠未出现死亡。结论:小鼠每日积累最大耐受量为60 g原生药/kg,该量已为临床用量的460倍以上,可以认为临床用药安全。

Abstract:Objective:To study the acute toxicity reaction of mice when they are given Shenbai runfei capsules.Methods:All mice only took water without food for 12 h before experiment.The group of mice which were given Shenbai Runfei Capsule were irrigated mixed Shenbai Runfei suspension with the maximum PH indicator(0.5 g/mL)according to mice’s maximum volume of stomach-pouring(0.04 mL/g);the group of mice which were given NS were irrigated the maximum volume NS(0.04 mL/g),three times a day,8h for every interval;then all mice were given normal food intake,and continuously observed for 14 d.Results:No death was found in the mice.Conclusion:The maximum accumulated tolerable dosage of mice is 60 g/kg of the crude drugs per day,which is more than 460 times of the clinical dosage.The drug is considered safe in clinical application.
