摘    要:综述了国内外关于脉冲电流处理对金属凝固组织和对合金性能影响的研究概况,根据电磁学和金属凝固原理,分析了电脉冲细化金属晶粒和改善合金性能的原因,揭示了电脉冲影响金属凝固的主要机制,并对其影响规律进行了理论推测。

Abstract:A review was made of the research situation of the effect of impulse current treatment on metal solidification structure and metal performance at home and abroad.Based on the principles of electromagnetics and metal solidification,the causes were analyzed of thinning metal grains and improving metal performance by electrical impulse,the major mechanism was shown of electrical impulse affecting metal solidification,and a theoretical prediction was given of the effect law.
