| Abstract: | The fabrication of multiplex high speed photocoupler is reported. Utilizing hybrid integrated technology, a four-way high speed photocoupler has been successfully developed in the 16 DIP ceramic package. The operation principle, design consideration, fabrication technology and characteristic parameters of the devices are presented. |
