摘    要:介绍了某电厂真空泵入口逆止阀弹簧弹力过大是导致机组凝汽器冷端真空值偏低的直接原因。通过对凝汽器抽真空系统进行综合分析,将真空泵入口逆止阀阀芯弹簧强度更换为原弹簧弹性强度的一半,以使逆止阀在抽真空过程中达到完全开启。经运行实践表明,该方法是成功的,能够使机组的真空值达到设计要求。

Abstract:It is presented that the spring tension of the inlet check valve for vacuum pump in a power plant is too large,which is the direct reason to cause the lower condenser's vacuum system.According to its comprehensive analysis,the inlet check valve spool of vacuum pump shall be replaced by half-strength of the original spring elastic strength to have the check valve full open in the vacuum process.The operation experience demonstrates that the method is successful to enable the unit to meet the design requireme...
