责任制人文关怀式健康教育对冠脉支架植入患者的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨责任制人文关怀式健康教育对冠脉支架植入患者的教育效果.方法 将110例冠脉支架植入患者分为观察组与对照组.观察组在常规健康教育的基础上实施责任制人文关怀式健康教育.两组患者入院时及支架植入前,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)进行焦虑评分,比较两组患者术后并发症发生情况.结果 两组患者入院时SAS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经健康教育后,两组患者手术前SAS评分较入院前显著降低(P<0.01),观察组评分较对照组下降更为明显(P<0.01);术后并发症发生例数观察组少于对照组.结论 责任制人文关怀式健康教育能减轻冠脉支架植入患者的焦虑情绪,减少术后并发症的发生.

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of responsibility humanistic health education on patients un- derwent intracoronary stent implantation. Methods A total of 110 patients underwent intracoronary stent implanta- tion were randomized into two groups:the control group with routine health education, and the observation group a- long with humanistic health education based on routine health education. The anxiety levels of patients in the two groups were evaluated using Self - rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) on admission and before intracoronary stent implanta- tion respectively. The rates of postoperative complications were observed and compared. Results There was no significant difference in patients' SAS scores on admission between the two groups. After the health education, the patients' preoperative SAS scores of both groups were significantly decreased compared with those of on admission. The patients" SAS scores were significantly decreased in the observation group compared with those of the control group. The rate of postoperative complications was lower in the observation group. Conclusion For patients un- derwent intracoronary stent implantation, humanistic health education have shown to relieve anxiety and reduce postoperative complications effectively.
