护理本科生人格特征与自测健康状况的相关研究

目的 了解护理本科生人格特征与自测健康状况,探讨两者之间的相关性.方法 采用艾森克个性问卷简式量表中国版（EPQ-RSC）和自测健康评定量表（SRHMS1.0）对312名某医学院护理本科学生进行调查.结果 护理本科生社会健康子量表得分和自测健康总分高于一般人群;人格的内外向高于全国常模,掩饰性低于全国常模;人格的内外向和掩饰性与自测健康呈正相关,神经性与自测健康呈负相关;多元回归分析结果 表明,人格的内外向、神经性和掩饰性是影响护理本科学生自测健康状况的主要因素.结论 护理专业学生人格的不同特征与自测健康明显相关.

A study on the relationship between personality traits and self-rated health status of nursing undergraduates

Objective To study the status of the personality traits and self - rated health of nursing undergraduates and the relationship between them. Methods 312 nursing undergraduates were assessed with Eysenck Personality Questionnaire -Revised （Short Scale For Chinese） and self- rated health measurement scale （SRHMS1.0）. Results The scores of social health subscale and SRHM of nursing undergraduates were higher than those of normal persons. The score of E dimension was higher than that of national norm and L dimension was lower than that of norm. Introversion and extroversion and lie were positively correlated with self - rated health. Neuroticism was negatively correlated with self - rated health. Multiple regression analysis indicated that introversion and extroversion, neuroticism and lie were the main factors of the self - rated health. Conclusion The status of the self - rated health of nursing students is significant correlated with personality traits.
