| 摘 要： | 北京历史文化保护区的人口问题是保护区更新的难点,文章以北京东城区、西城区、崇文区、宣武区四区解决保护区人口问题的实践为基础,总结经验和存在的困难,借鉴国内外经验,提出了解决保护区人口问题的措施和建议,对保障保护区工作顺利健康开展具有积极意义.

| Abstract: | The population issues in the conservation districts of historic sites of Beijing have always been a difficulty.This article sums up the experience and problem on the practice of population issues in conservation districts of the inner city.And also the overseas conservation systems,trying to bring forward measures and advises to solve the population problems in conservation districts,are studied. |
