| 摘 要： | 本文研究了肝素对实验性心律失常的作用。结果表明,肝素可减少氯仿对小鼠的致颤率;可对抗Bacl_2所引起的大鼠心律失常;可对抗肾上腺素诱发家兔心律失常;但对乌头碱诱发大鼠的心律失常无明显防治作用。

| Abstract: | the effects of heparin on arrhythmia were invesgated. The results showed that heparin cauld reduce the incidence of ventricular fibrillation caused by chlorform in nice,and had the effect of aratiarrhythinia induced by IV Bscl2in rats. IVheparin was found to proteet rabbits aganist arrhythmia induced by adrena line,But no effects were seen in rats pretreated with heparin on arrhythmia cauled by aconitine. |
