| 摘 要： | 随着医学模式的转变,疾病谱和死亡谱的改变,家庭护理需求的增加等,使得发展社区护理成为不容忽视的任务。本文主要论述了我国发展社区护理的必然性,并从社区护理人力、社区护理管理、社区居民、国家财政等不同层面分析了社区护理的现状及所面临的一些问题。

| Abstract: | With the transformation of medical model, the change of disease chart and death chart, the increase of family care needs, community nursing development has become a necessary task. This article mainly discusses the necessity of the development of community nursing, and analyzes the current situation and problems from the nursing human resources, the management of community nursing, the com- munity citizen and the national finance. |
