| 摘 要： | 目的：观察手法复住股骨近端髓内钉-抗螺旋刀片（PFNA）内固定治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法：运用手法复位PFNA内固定治疗30例高龄股骨粗隆间骨折。结果：30例获得随访5-12个月，全部骨性愈合，未见股骨头切割、髋内翻、股骨骨折等并发症。结论：应用手法复位PFNA治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective ：＇lb explore the chnical effect of femoral mtertrochantenc tractures on etaerty patients yam rroximal Femoral Nan Anti-rotation（PFNA） and manual reduction. Methods ：30 cases（ 18 males, 12 females） of femoral intertrochanterie fracture of senile osteoporosis were treated with PFNA and manual reduction, who aged from 58 to 94. Results：30 eases were followed up from 5 months to 12 months with an average time of 6 months, and achieved hone healing, no cutting the femoral head, deformity of hip, Femur fracture or other complications occurred. Conclusion： The results of the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures on elderly patients with PF- NA and manual reduction were satisfactory. |
