| 摘 要： | 目的：调查分析社区中青年高血压患者的影响因素。方法：采用问卷调查形式，对患者行为期12个月的随访调查。结果：随着医护人员以及家属护理干预，影响患者高血压的不良习惯得到大大的改善，3个月后血压属正常水平，12个月后，患者控制高血压的有效率达到96％。结论：良好的社区健康宣教以及家庭护理干预能够大大改善中青年高血压患者的病情，值得在社区中推广。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the factors of middle-aged patients with hypertension in the community. Method： By the survey forms, patients were follow-up surveyed 12 months. Result： By the nursing intervention and the family＇ s nursing, Bad habits of patients with hypertension were improved, there was a normal level of blood pressure after 3 months, the effective control of hypertension was 96% after 12 months. Conclusion： The health education of good community and family nursing can improve the hypertension of middle-aged patients, It is worth to spread in community. |
