2006～2008年我院抗抑郁药应用分析

目的：分析我院抗抑郁药使用情况及趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：对我院2006～2008年抗抑郁药的品种、销售金额、用药频度（DDDs）、限定日费用（DDC）等进行统计、分析。结果：抗抑郁药的销售金额、DDDs呈逐年上升趋势,5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂（SSRI）的销售金额每年都占80%以上,成为一线抗抑郁药,西酞普兰、氟西汀、舍曲林是近3年来使用最多的SSRI类药物。结论：我院抗抑郁药使用基本合理,SSRI成为抗抑郁首选药物,三环类抗抑郁药应用逐年减少。

Analysis of the Utilization of Antidepressants in Our Hospital from 2006 to 2008

OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the status quo and the tendency of the utilization of antidepressants in our hospital from 2006 to 2008 for clinical references of rational drug use. METHODS： The number of drug categories, consumption sum,DDDs and DDC of antidepressants in our hospital from 2006 to 2008 were analyzed statistically. RESULTS： The consumption sum and DDDs of the antidepressants increased year by year. Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors （SSRIs） have become the first line antidepressants with a consumption sum accounting for more than 80% over the 3 consecutive years. Citalopram,fluoxetine and sertraline were the predominantly used SSRIs in our hospital over the 3 years. CONCLUSION： The use of antidepressants in our hospital was rational on the whole. SSRIs have become the antidepressants of first choice but the consumption of the tricyclic antidepressants （TCAs） decreased year by year.
