头孢匹胺不良反应文献分析

目的：进一步了解头孢匹胺不良反应发生的临床特点及发生规律,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：以＂头孢匹胺＂、＂休克＂等为检索词,检索1995—2009年国内外文献报道的头孢匹胺不良反应,并对文献中有关数据进行统计与分析。结果：检索到头孢匹胺所致不良反应文献16篇,病例29例,其中男性23例,女性6例。以心血管系统、变态反应多见,还有神经系统、输液反应、内分泌系统等不良反应。结论：在临床应用时,医护人员应对头孢匹胺的不良反应加以重视,避免和减少不良反应的发生,确保患者用药安全。

Literature Analysis of Adverse Reactions Induced by Cefpiramide

OBJECTIVE：To study the clinical features and regularities of adverse drug reactions（ADRs） induced by Cefpiramide so as to provide reference for clinical rational drug use.METHODS：The Cefpiramide-induced ADRs cases reported both at home and abroad were retrieved from the database（from 1995 to 2009） with the index words of ＂Cefpiramide＂and＂Shock＂for statistical analysis.RESULTS：A total of 29 cases（23 males and 6 females） reported in 16 papers were retrieved,The Cefpiramide-induced ADR appeared predominantly as cardiovascular system reactions,allergic reactions,nervous system reactions,infusion reactions and endocrine system reactions.CONCLUSION：Clinicians should pay attention to Cefpiramide-induced ADRs to avoid or decrease the ADR incidence and ensure medication safety.
