复方苦参素注射液配合卵巢癌术后化疗的临床观察

摘    要:目的:配合临床化疗,研究复方苦参素注射液升高白细胞的作用。方法:将106例卵巢癌患者随机分为两组,观察组53例,对照组53例。观察组采用紫杉醇加卡铂化疗并加复方苦参素注射液静脉滴注;对照组采用紫杉醇加卡铂化疗。结果:对照组化疗后白细胞计数较化疗前显著下降(P〈0.05);观察组白细胞较化疗前无显著差异(P〉0.05);观察组化疗毒副作用较对照组轻(P〈0.05)。结论:复方苦参素注射液能较好地保护卵巢癌术后化疗患者的白细胞计数不下降、减轻化疗的毒副作用。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the leukogenic effect of Compound Oxymatrine Injection when used in combination with chemotherapy.METHODS:106 patients with ovarian carcinoma were randomly assigned to either experimental group(n = 53) receiving Compound Oxymatrine Injection plus chemotherapy(Paclitaxel plus Carboplatin) or control group(n = 53) receiving chemotherapy(Paclitaxel plus Carboplatin) alone.RESULTS:The count of the leukocytes in the control group decreased significantly after treatment compared with baseline(P 0.05);however,no significant differences were noted for the experimental group after treatment in regard to the count of the leukocytes(P 0.05).The toxicity was milder in the experimental group than in the control group.CONCLUSION:Addition of Compound Oxymatrine Injection to chemotherapy for patients with ovarian carcinoma can effectively protect patients against decrease of the count of leukocytes and attenuate the side effect of chemotherapy.
