| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨腹腔镜下射频消融(radiofrequency ablation,RFA)治疗门脉高压性脾功能亢进的方法、安全性及有效性。方法:回顾分析2007年6月至11月我们为5例患者行完全腹腔镜RFA及贲门静脉离断术的临床资料。结果:5例手术均获成功,手术时间2.0～3.0h,平均2.5h,术中出血200～300ml,平均250ml。结论:腹腔镜行RFA加贲门静脉离断术安全、微创、有效、可行。
