减小GCr15轴承套圈热处理变形的工艺研究

摘    要:观察了采用铸链炉淬火热处理的GCr15钢轴承套圈淬火前后的金相组织,并观察了其锻造和球化退火后的组织,发现淬火前组织均匀,而淬火后的组织中存在部分屈氏体组织。考虑到生产成本,采用适当升高淬火加热温度、延长保温时间,同时采用压缩空气搅拌冷却淬火介质的方法处理套圈零件,并对比不同方案处理的套圈变形量,发现此方法可以在一定程度上降低套圈的热处理变形,且成本增加很少。

Abstract:The mircrostructure of the GCr15 bear ring steel was observed before and after quenching by the casting chain furnace, the microstructure of forged and spheroidizing annealed was also observed .The results show that the microstructure before quenching is homogeneous, and there is some troostite structure in the microstructure after quenching. Considering the cost, the parts were quenched by increasing heating temperature, prolonging holding time properly and by using compressing air to cool the quenching oil. Compared with the distortion using different methods, It is found that the new method can reduce the distortion of the parts and the increase of the cost is less.
