摘    要:介绍了在数控车床上如何利用脉冲编码器实现螺纹的切削,并提出一种新的直线插补方法——斜率累积直线插补方法来进行螺纹切削的插补计算,最后给出硬件实现方法,为在数控车床上进行螺纹加工提供了新的思路。

Abstract:How to use pulse encoder to achieve the cutting thread in the CNC-lather is introduced.and a new linear interpolation method-accumulated slope linear interpolation is put forward,which can make interpolation calculate of cutting the thread.The hardware design of the method is given in the end.The method provides a new way of thinking in screw processing in the CNC-lather.
