摘    要:钻井液是最先接触油气层的外来流体,在一定的压差下总会或多或少地侵入储层,如果钻井液滤液与储层不配伍,很可能引起黏土水化膨胀、水锁、乳化及化学沉淀,导致对储层的损害。文章则通过研究处理剂对黏土颗粒电性及水化特性的影响,分析黏土颗粒电性与水化抑制性之间的关系,研究结果可用于指导研制或优选工作液处理剂、优化工作液配方、分析处理剂作用机理和建立新的抑制性评价方法。

Abstract:Drilling fluid is the first external fluid which contacts the hydrocarbon reservoir and often invades the reservoir more or less under the certain pressure. If filtrate of drilling fluid is not compatible with the reservoir, that is very possible to cause the clay expanding, water blocking, emulsification and chemical flocculation sedimentation, resulting in reservoir harm. Through the research on the influence of treating agent on the clay particle electrical property and the hydrated characteristic,this article analyzed the relations between clay particle electrical property and the hydrated suppression. And the results can be used in instructing the development or the optimization of drilling fluid treating agent. The paper analyzed action mechanism of treating agent and established the new suppression evaluation method.
