| 摘 要： | 发展冬季旅游是优化新疆旅游经济结构、提升旅游发展水平的重大举措。从发展趋势看,人们对冬季旅游产品的需求越来越大;从资源禀赋看,新疆发展冬季旅游具备许多有利条件;从发展现状看,加快冬季旅游产品开发是提升新疆旅游竞争力的重要着力点。该文通过对新疆冬季旅游发展现状及存在问题进行分析,提出新疆冬季旅游资源开发的对策,这对新疆冬季旅游发展具有一定的推动作用。

| Abstract: | The development of winter tour is a major step to optimize Xinjiang touring economic structure, and also the promotion of touring level. Looking from the trend of development, more and more people are demanding winter tour products ; looking from the resources talent, developing winter traveling has many advantages; looking from present developing situation, speeding up the winter tourism product development is to promote Xinjiang traveling competitive power, the key point of Xinjiang. This article analyzes the present situation of Xinjiang winter traveling development and the existing problems, and proposes some countermeasures of how to develop Xinjiang winter tour resources , which will push forward Xinjiang winter tour development. |
