| 摘 要： | 目的观察中西医结合治疗小儿过敏性紫癜的临床疗效。方法将78例小儿过敏性紫癜患儿随机分为治疗组40例和对照组38例，对照组采用单纯西药治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用中药治疗，14d后观察疗效。结果治疗组临床治愈率为75．00％，总有效率为92．50％；对照组临床治愈率为63．16％，总有效率为76．32％。结论中西医结合治疗小儿过敏性紫癜可提高疗效，缩短病程，并可减轻西药的副作用，值得临床推广使用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinieal therapeude effect of combined TCM with Western medicine to children allergic purpura. Methods 78 cases of children allergic purpura were divided into treatment group（40 cases） and control group（38 cases）. The control group took Western medicine, and the treatment group was added Chinese herb. Observed the clinical effects after 14 days. Results The cure rates and total effects rate in the treatment group were 75.00 % and 92.50 %, that in the control group were 63.16 % and 76.32 %. Conclusion Combined TCM with Western medicine to children aUergie purpura can improve therapeutic effect, shorten course, and alleviate the side effect of Western medicine, is worth spreading in clinic. |
