| Abstract: | The concept of enterprise executive ability was introduced,the forms of weak executive ability were pointed out,and the reasons of lacking of executive ability were analyzed.It was proposed that laying stress on the operability of execution,paying attention to execution process,focusing on improving staff quality could upgrade executive ability of enterprise. |
