桐乡市农村居民伤害发生和死亡情况的回顾性调查

目的了解桐乡市居民伤害的发生水平及分布特征。方法采用多阶段随机抽样的方法对桐乡市6个行政村1200户居民1年中伤害情况进行回顾性问卷调查。结果伤害事件发生率8.58%,男性高于女性;因伤害死亡5例,死亡率99.34/10万;以交通伤、跌伤、动物伤、刀/锐器伤和钝器伤发生率较高,分别为3.30%、2.38%、1.43%、0.64%和0.42%;45～64岁组伤害发生率最高,其次是65岁以上人群;平均每例伤者休息28.13d,活动受限30.43d,医疗费用2003.79元。结论桐乡市农村居民伤害发生率较高,伤害花费较高,对居民及其家庭造成了较大的经济负担,应加强教育和干预。

Retrospective Study on Injury Incidence among Residents in Tongxiang City
