摘    要:通过对S550GD+Z成分设计,和对生产工艺的不断调整、改进,结果表明,在热镀锌机组,退火温度≤570℃,退火时间≤55s,机组速度保持在90~100m/min范围,获得的镀锌板金相组织具有冷变形纤维组织形状,钢板性能均达到宝钢Q/BQB420--2003标准中规定的各项指标。产品经用户试用,其性能可满足建筑屋面板的要求。

Abstract:Tempering temperature and time were controlled below 570℃ and 55s through the composition design and adjusting the production technics of S550GD+Z on hot dip galvanizing product line,rolling velocity of which ranged from 90 to 100 m/min.Cold deformed fibre structure was found in the metallographic structure of hot dip galvanizing plate and its performances meet the Baosteel's standard of Q/BQB 420-2003.The hot dip galvanizing plate is fit to be architectural plate after consumers' tryout.
