急性冠状动脉综合征与尿酸、脂蛋白a的关系

目的探讨联合检测尿酸、脂蛋白a与急性冠状动脉综合征（ACS）的关系。方法检测急性心肌梗死患者（AMI，30例）、不稳定型心绞痛患者（UAP，30例）、稳定型心绞痛患者（SAP，30例）和对照组患者（30例）的血尿酸、脂蛋白a，同时对上述患者进行冠脉造影。结果冠心病组血尿酸、脂蛋白a明显高于对照组（P〈0．01），冠心病各组问尿酸水平差异无统计学意义（P〉0．01），脂蛋白a差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。AMI和UAP组脂蛋白（a）与对照组和SAP组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。尿酸和脂蛋白a无相关性（P〉0．01）。结论血尿酸、脂蛋白a是冠心病重要的发病因素，脂蛋白a可预测ACS的发生。

The relationship between uric acid , Lipoprotein a and acute coronary syndrome

Objective To study the relationship between acute coronary syndrome and uric acid, Lipoprorein （a）. Methods Detecting the level of uric acid, Lipoprotein a in 30 patients with acute myocardia infarction （AMI）,30 patients with unstable angina（UA）, 30 patients with stable angina（SA）and 30 controls（n：30） without atherosclerosis.In addition,these 120 people had undergone coronary arteriography. Results Urle acid is higher than that of the control（P〈0.01 ）.There was not a significance among groups of AMI, UA,SA for urle acid（P〉0.01 ）, whereas there was a significant statistical difference among groups of AMI,UA and control group,SA for Lipoproteln a（P〈0.01 ）. There was not a significance between AMI and UA,as well as SA and the control for uric acid（P〉0.01 ）. Moreover the uric acid was not correlated with Lipoprotein a （P〉0.01）. Conclusion Uric acid and Lipoprotein a is an important related factors to acute coronary syndrome,and play an important role in acute coronary syndrome.
