| 摘 要： | 针对我国目前企业管理当中存在的问题,运用企业管理学、伦理学、行为科学和心理学等原理,以中国传统文化为背景,提出了在企业管理中要以人为本,综合管理,发掘职工内心深处善良的伦理道德观念,以助推中国特色现代企业管理理论的形成。
