| 摘 要： | 介绍了重庆市电力公司利用软交换实现多媒体调度通信的特色功能,着重阐述了如何通过软交换技术引入新的多媒体调度通信业务,以及如何与现有的传统电路交换实现优势互补、平滑过渡,对软交换技术在电力调度通信领域的运用进行了探索,展望了软交换多媒体调度通信应用模式的推广前景。
