摘    要:目的:探讨中药及中药单体对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)的体外抑菌试验的研究结果。方法:通过文献法分析归纳有关对MRSA体外抑菌试验有效的中药及中药单体的文献报道。结果:中药及单体对MRSA具有不同程度的抑制作用,能有效减少抗生素的使用。结论:中药及单体对MRSA的体外抑菌试验的研究尚不多,尤其对中药单体的抗MRSA的作用机制研究不充分,尚待系统、深入、规范化的研究。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the study findings of antibacterial test in vitro of Chinese medicine and its Monomer to methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus(MRSA).Methods:Literatures on effective MRSA antibacterial test in vitro of Chinese medicine and its monomer were reviewed,analyzed and concluded through literature method.Results:Chinese medicine and its monomer had obvious inhibiting effect on MRSA in varying degrees,and could reduce the application of antibiotic.Conclusion:Studied on MRSA antibacterial test in vitro of Chinese medicine and its monomer are less at present,especially the study on the mechanism of Chinese medicine and its monomer in resisting MRSA is not sufficient,which needs to be studied systemically and deeply with standardization.
